AMTdirect Announces Four New Additions To Headquarters Staff


CHARLOTTE, NC – With requests for its on-demand solutions for real estate and lease administration continuing to rise, AMTdirect has announced the addition of Marc Feller, Jill Pennington, Jason Stone and Taft Tucker to its headquarters team.

AMTdirect provides Web-based 24/7/365 access to retail tenants, property management professionals and corporate tenants. The company’s advanced software and services tracks owned, leased and sub-leased property characteristics, documents and information.

Marketing Specialist Marc Feller is responsible for all corporate related marketing and marketing communications. Previously, Marc worked for MPAY, a Boston company offering Web-based payroll software products. A native of Greensboro, N.C., Marc is an Appalachian State grad who holds a master’s from Emerson College.

Client Team Lead Jill Pennington will coordinate relations between AMTdirect and individual clients. In addition to promoting high levels of communications, Jill will focus on data mapping, integration and custom reports. A native Ohioan, Jill’s credentials include 20 years of software development, including six in project management.

Software Trainer Jason Stone will focus on training clients and his co-workers on applications of AMTdirect software and future enhancements. The native Texan worked with a small residential and commercial property management firm while attending the University of North Texas. He joins AMTdirect from BidShift, a healthcare software company, where he was a workforce management and scheduling specialist.

Client Success Manager Taft Tucker joins AMTdirect after four years of property management duties at home improvement chain Lowe’s Companies. Taft will oversee services to individual clients, develop new programs and analyze client returns on investment. The native North Carolinian has logged more than seven years in Class A commercial and retail real estate facilities management and three in technology sales and development.
