IWMS Provider AMTdirect Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit


CHARLOTTE, NC – AMTdirect, a pioneer in providing real estate management and lease management software solutions, recently received SAS 70 Type II certification for their data centers and internal controls around protecting customer data.

AMTdirect received certification after strenuous third-party testing of its application hosting services and internal controls. The certification verifies that client data is stored in a safe, technical and physical environment and that AMTdirect’s processes ensure the data’s ongoing safety.
